Looking back at 2024, it was a year of remarkable milestones for REDtone. Among our proudest achievements was securing the MYGovUC 3.0 contract in February, focused on delivering unified communications for the government. This project once again stands as a testament to our expertise and excellence in executing large-scale initiatives.

We were also honored to receive three additional awards at The Edge Malaysia Centurion Club Awards in 2024, bringing our total to six accolades over three consecutive years. These include:

• Highest Returns to Shareholders Over Three Years
• Highest Growth in Profit After Tax Over Three Years
• Highest Return on Equity Over Three Years in the Telecommunications, Media & Utilities sector

These awards reflect our exceptional business performance and commitment to excellence. This success would not have been possible without the dedication and relentless hard work of my incredible team, for which I am profoundly grateful.

We took a strategic step forward by positioning AI as a key business focus. Recognizing the vast potential of AI, we are channeling our resources into offering practical applications and services that leverage our expertise to deliver tangible value to our customers. Through solutions like our AI-powered chatbot and AI Marketing Cloud, we provide intelligent, end-to-end tools that enhance customer engagement and experience, automate processes, and drive business performance through data-driven insights.

With the launch of our AI Charter recently, built on five guiding principles, we are committed to driving responsible, transparent, and transformative AI solutions for our customers.

As we continue to explore new opportunities and the next phase of growth, our core businesses in telecommunications services, managed telco network services, and Cloud & IoT remain strong contributors to REDtone’s overall success. These sectors reflect the strength of our partnerships and shared goals, helping us drive growth across the board.

Our commitment to sustainability also strengthened in 2024. REDtone proudly achieved a 3-Star ESG rating from FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia, reflecting our dedication to responsible business practices and sustainable growth.

On the community front, this year marked the 11th year of REDtone’s sponsorship of the KL International Junior Championships, which drew a record-breaking 1,043 participants from 24 countries. With squash now officially included in the 2028 Olympics, this prestigious event serves as an inspiring platform for young athletes to showcase their talent and chase their Olympic dreams on the global stage.

Additionally, we proudly continued our sponsorship of the Laksamana Run for the 4th consecutive year. Held annually, the Laksamana Run is more than just a race—it is a movement to promote health, wellness, and inclusivity while raising awareness about cancer support and survivorship. We are privileged to support this noble cause and contribute to its meaningful impact on the community.
